Do you offer next-day delivery?
In most cases, we're able to accommodate next-day requests. Please keep in mind that our early morning delivery times fill up very quickly.
Can I pick up and drop off the equipment myself?
No, for your safety and because of limitations posed by our insurance policy, our haulers must be used when transporting any of our equipment.
Am I responsible for damages?
In most cases, yes. However, incidental damage may be covered by the Damage Waiver. Our full rental policies are outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Do I have to cover toll charges?
Yes, for toll charges during delivery and pickup.
What about fuel costs?
We deliver equipment with a full tank. The customer is responsible for refueling if needed. Otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee.
